Note down ten of your core values. These should not personality characteristics, but ideals that ground all how you live your life.
Ask yourself these questions:
When thinking about the people I most admire, what values do they embody the most?
When given tough decisions to make, what ideal describes what compelled you to make your choice?
2. For each of your core values, note down one specific instance when you acted in a way that was in accordance with the chosen value.
Reflect on how you felt when you made a value-driven decision and what it has taught you.
